At Atelier Lumin, we offer free worldwide shipping on every order — whether you're decorating a flat in London or a lakeside cabin in Canada.
Our artwork is made to order and shipped via our global fulfilment partner, with production facilities located across the UK, Europe, North America, and beyond. This means faster delivery, lower emissions, and fewer customs delays.
📦 Order Processing
Once your order is placed:
- Production time is typically 2–5 business days
- You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your item has shipped
Because each item is custom-made just for you, production times may vary slightly during busy periods.

Please note these are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Remote areas or local postal delays may extend the delivery timeframe slightly.
🌍 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Most orders are fulfilled locally within your region to minimise customs duties. In rare cases where customs fees apply, these will be the responsibility of the buyer.
📬 Tracking & Delivery Issues
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships. If your tracking hasn’t updated after a few days, or if your item hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us at hello@atelierlumin.com — we’ll be happy to help.
🧾 Multiple Items & Split Shipments
If you order multiple pieces (e.g. a framed canvas and a print), they may arrive in separate packages depending on the product type and production location. You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each.
❗ Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
✈️ Shipping Restrictions
At Atelier Lumin, we proudly offer free worldwide shipping on all physical prints. However, due to international carrier limitations and customs regulations, there are a few places we’re currently unable to deliver to.
We’re unable to ship to the following regions:
Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Sudan, Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia, and the Crimea region.
We’d love to reach every corner of the globe, but in these locations, either postal services are suspended, or customs restrictions make safe delivery impossible.
A Note on Challenging Destinations
Orders to the following countries may still be fulfilled, but please note they can be subject to extended delays or additional customs processing:
Brazil, India, South Africa, Nigeria, Indonesia, Philippines, Argentina, and Chile.
If you’re ordering to one of these destinations, we’ll do our very best to get your artwork to you, but delivery times may vary beyond our standard estimates.
