Returns Policy
We want you to love your artwork as much as we do. If something’s not quite right, we're here to help.
🕒 14-Day Return Window
Under UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it — no questions asked. To start a return, simply contact us at returns@atelierlumin.com within this period.
Please note:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
📦 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@atelierlumin.com, including clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
🎨 Custom & Made-to-Order Prints
Some of our artworks are made to order or customised just for you. In these cases, we reserve the right to offer an exchange or store credit rather than a refund, in accordance with UK and EU regulations on personalised goods.
If you're unsure whether your order qualifies, please contact us before purchasing — we're happy to advise.
✉️ How to Start a Return
1. Email returns@atelierlumin.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.
2. We’ll reply with the return address and next steps.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit.
❗ Important Notes
- Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
- We cannot accept returns on gift cards or digital items.
- Returned items remain your responsibility until they arrive with us — we recommend using a tracked service.
