This website is operated by Atelier Lumin (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and any policies referenced here or available by hyperlink. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

7) Orders & billing information

We may refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order. Provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information; promptly update details to enable successful transactions and delivery.

8) Payments & third-party processors

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments / PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Klarna / Other. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not store full card details. If a payment is reversed or flagged, we may pause fulfilment until resolved.

9) Shipping, delivery & risk of loss

Typical production & delivery windows:

  • UK: Production: 2–4 business days, Delivery: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: Production: 2–4 business days, Delivery: 3–7 business days
  • North America: Production: 2–4 business days, Delivery: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of world: Production: 2–4 business days, Delivery: 7–14 business days

Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the address provided. Customs duties/taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links “as is” without warranties or endorsements. Use is at your own risk; review third-party terms and policies.

11) User comments & submissions

By submitting content (e.g., reviews, photos, suggestions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, edit, publish, distribute and display such content in any medium. We may monitor, edit or remove content that we deem unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
