What kinds of products do you sell?
We offer open edition prints, limited edition prints, fine art photography, framed fine art prints, and framed canvas prints. Open edition prints can be reproduced indefinitely and are generally more accessible, while limited edition prints are produced in restricted quantities, often accompanied by certificates of authenticity, making them more exclusive and valuable for collectors. Yes. We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on physical artwork, with orders produced through our global fulfilment network where available.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, product type and fulfilment route. Some destinations may be restricted or subject to delays, so please see our shipping policy for the latest details.
What if I live in a restricted country?
If your shipping address is in a region we cannot currently serve, we may need to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
For the latest destination information, please visit our shipping policy or contact us before ordering.
Can I still order if I live in a country with known delays?
Yes, where checkout is available for your destination. Please note that delivery may take longer than usual in some regions due to customs processing, local postal delays or carrier availability. Any duties, import taxes or local handling fees are the buyer's responsibility.
How do I know if my country is affected?
If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order. We'll be happy to check whether delivery is available to your location.
Who prints and ships the artwork?
Our physical artwork is printed and shipped by trusted professional production partners, who use archival inks and acid-free paper to ensure longevity and vibrant colour preservation. We offer giclée prints known for their exceptional detail, vivid colour, and durability, produced on premium fine art paper, including options like Hahnemühle Photo Rag for superior archival quality. High-quality ink is used throughout the printing process to guarantee lasting results. This helps us offer consistent print quality, careful packaging and reliable fulfilment across different product types and destinations.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. For eligible items, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you'd like to return it. Once approved, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos.
For full details, please read our returns policy.
Can I get a custom size or colour?
Custom requests are welcome where possible. If you need a particular size, format, or adjustment, please contact us before purchasing and we’ll let you know what may be available. We aim to provide the closest match to the original artwork's aspect ratio to preserve its integrity. We can also advise on the printed area, including borders and margins, to ensure it fits your framing or display needs.
Will the colours match what I see on my screen?
While every effort is made to ensure colour accuracy, colours may differ slightly between the digital image and the final fine art print due to differences in screen calibration, lighting, and print materials. We prepare each artwork carefully to achieve a faithful, high-quality reproduction, but minor variations in colour and brightness are natural and expected.
What does the total print size include?
The total print size includes the full paper size of the print. Where a white border is included or selected, the border forms part of the overall print size.
For example, if the listed size is 30 × 40 cm, that refers to the full paper size, including any border.
Why would I want a border on my print?
A white border can make framing easier and give the artwork a refined, gallery-style finish. It adds visual breathing space around the image and can help the artwork sit beautifully within a frame. Including a border also provides more framing options, allowing you to choose between standard and custom frames to best suit your space.
How do I calculate the total size of a print with a border?
Start with the size of the artwork, then add the border size to each side.
For example, if the artwork is 30 × 40 cm and has a 5 cm border all around:
-
Width: 30 cm + 5 cm left + 5 cm right = 40 cm
-
Height: 40 cm + 5 cm top + 5 cm bottom = 50 cm
The total print size would be 40 × 50 cm.
Can you give an example in inches?
Yes. If your artwork is 12 × 16 inches and has a 0.5 inch border all around:
-
Width: 12 in + 0.5 in left + 0.5 in right = 13 in
-
Height: 16 in + 0.5 in top + 0.5 in bottom = 17 in
The total print size would be 13 × 17 inches.
Is the border printed or left blank?
The border is part of the full print and appears as a clean white or softly off-white margin around the artwork, depending on the paper tone and product format. It is designed to create a neat, frame-ready finish.
What resolution are your prints?
The process begins with converting original artwork—such as a painting, photograph, or digital art—into a high-resolution digital file for printing. Our print files are prepared at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch) to ensure crisp, detailed reproduction across the available sizes. For larger prints, digital files may reach dimensions such as 10,240 × 6,827 pixels or higher to maintain sharpness and clarity, avoiding any loss of detail or pixelation.
Reproductions are created from these digital files, and each print may be part of a limited or open edition. Each limited edition print is assigned an edition number, and artists may sign and number each particular print along a line at the bottom margin to verify authenticity. The first print in an edition, often called the reference or 'Bon à Tirer', is used as a quality benchmark, and a printer's proof may be produced for quality control during the process. Small differences may occur between reproductions, and the artist's signature is typically displayed for authenticity. After an original edition is sold, a new edition may be released in a different size or format. Each artwork is checked before production to ensure it meets the quality required for fine art printing.
